Get ready for a focused, one-hour assisted setup. This checklist stays in this browser. It does not send us your answers or book an appointment.

Never enter passwords or API keys here. Keep them in your own password manager. Connect accounts only through the app’s secure setup screens.

What will you use?

The current assisted pilot is for a Mac. Other platforms and cloud-only onboarding need a separate availability check.

02 · YOUR FIRST CONNECTIONS

Choose what to connect first.

Choose up to three service groups for the first session. We’ll flag larger setups for review before an appointment.

Selecting a service requests it in your plan; it does not verify eligibility, connect an account or grant access.

03 · THE ESSENTIALS

A ChatGPT subscription is separate from API usage. You need your own OpenAI API account and usable billing for AI features.

04 · SERVICE CHECKLIST

A clear finish line.

The target is 60 minutes after prerequisites pass. We finish by testing a question, a connected service and your project folder if selected.

  1. 0–10 min App, sign-in and workspace
  2. 10–20 min OpenAI connection and small usage test
  3. 20–40 min Up to three prepared service groups
  4. 40–50 min Preferences and first useful workflow
  5. 50–60 min End-to-end check and handover

These are planning estimates. Provider outages, forgotten credentials, admin approval, payment issues and unsupported devices can prevent completion. Unresolved items are documented, not silently treated as complete.
